House System
The school has established a House system to foster an environment of ‘Espirit de
corps’ and encourage the students to work in unison, co-operation and healthy competition.
We have six Houses in the school:
Gandhi
Nehru
Radhakrishnan
Tagore
Teresa
Vivekanand
Each House is headed by one boy and one girl known as House captains and they are
assisted by a House Prefects. A member of the staff acts as the House Mistress who
is assisted by a team of teachers and House Captains. The House Captains are selected
after a rigorous screening process. The Houses provide an impetus to the child’s
inherent leadership qualities. A number of Inter House competitions are organized
through out the year. At the end of the year the House gaining the highest number
of points is declared the winner and bags the prestigious Inter House Trophy “LAKSHAY”.
