CIRCULAR REGARDING ANNUAL SPORTS DAY

Dear Parents,

Kindly note, that 9th December,’11 will be a holiday on account of the Annual Sports Day of the school. The following is the schedule for 8th and 9th Dec,’11:
8th Dec,’11- It will be a normal working day for classes Pre-School- Class III. Children will be picked up at the usual timings but the school will get over at 12:00 p.m. Children will be dropped by the school buses. Please note that it will be holiday for non participants of classes IV-XII on 8th Dec,’11.

Participants from classes IV-XI will be picked up at the usual timings and will be taken to the Thyagraj Stadium from the school for a run through and will be dropped back after the practice is over at 2:00 p.m.
Private van children will reach school at the usual timings i.e. 8:00 a.m. and will be taken to the stadium. These children will be brought back to school and can be picked up from the school itself at 2:30 p.m.

9th Dec.’11- Only bus using participants will be picked up at 11:00 by the school buses and will be taken to the Thyagraj stadium. The function will start at 2:30 p.m. and will be over at 5:30 p.m. Parents are requested to pick up their wards after the function is over.
Private Van children to reach the school at 10:30 a.m. They will be taken to the stadium from the school itself.>
