Dear Parents,
        This is to bring to your attention that students are absenting themselves from school on a regular basis at a very crucial level. It is important for children to attend school regularly in order to understand the concepts which are being taught by their respective teachers. Along with that, attendance percentage is also important for appearing in the CBSE Board Examinations.

It has been observed that students of class XII have not written their Mid Term Examinations diligently resulting in a very low percentage of attendance. Hence, we have decided to conduct the Mid Term Examinations again on every Friday between 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. starting from next Friday onwards i.e. 29th July,’11. You are hereby instructed to send your ward to write the examination in case he/she has not done so.

Also, it has been observed that parents do not attend PTMs which are conducted by the school to discuss their ward’s performance. Parents’ cooperation is of utmost importance to the school. Hence, you are requested to attend the PTMs regularly and cooperate with teachers in appreciating and improving your ward’s performance.
